School Program
Pulse After School Program meets once a week on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm. We spend time together doing lots of different activities like crafts, engineering projects, games & sports, baking, science experiments and more. There are kids from the community around the GNOC who attend every week and some have even been attending have been attending since the beginning. We always need more volunteers to help teach and facilitate. Another large need is donations to help us purchase supplies as well as reward items to encourage the students in their learning!

Why did you feel called to this ministry?
I felt called to lead this ministry because it's essential for children to have a safe activity they can go to where they feel they belong. That is what this group has been for these kids.
How has it changed since you took over?
This program was originally a partnership between our local church and School #25. We would walk kids from the school over to the GNOC once a week and get to spend time with them. Now that School #25 is closed, the group has expanded to include children from the community and meets once a week from 6-7:30.
